How can I reset my password?

You can easily change your password following the easy steps given below:

1)      On your Ailaaj App, Go to Sign In Screen

2)      Tap on the Forgot Password Button

You will have options to reset it using the phone number or email address.

3)      For the phone number option, you will be prompted to type your phone number. Then you will have to enter a 6-digit OTP code which you will receive on the phone number. Enter your new password. The password reset is now complete.

4)      For an email option, you will be prompted to type your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password at the provided email address. Click on that link and it will take you to set a new password screen. Enter your new password. The password reset is now complete.
