How do I file a claim against my OPD allowance?

To file a claim against your allotted OPD amount, simply navigate to the "My Claims" section of the app. From there, you can follow the prompts to submit your claim for review. Please note that the process for filing a claim may vary depending on your specific policy and the details of your healthcare expenses. If you have any questions or need assistance with the claim process, our customer service team is here to help.

Follow the below steps to file your claim:

1)      On our App, go to the home screen, and tap on the navigation drawer icon.

2)      In the drop-down list, tap on the My Claims button.

3)      In the claim section, tap on the Add New button.

4)      Fill out the requested information (you would have to upload the picture of the receipt as well) and then click Register. 

Note: The acceptable criteria for the receipts are: 

  • A proper date should be mentioned on the receipt

  • The receipt should be clear and readable

  • Medicines purchases should have a prescription

  • Receipts with a proper stamp or a header footer of the hospital/lab/pharmacy

  • The claimed item should be only medical products/tests and treatments

  • The claimed receipt should be filed for dependents only

Once you file a claim, our team will update its status within 48 business hours. You can file a claim for your dependents as well.

Your HR Benefits Manager will advise you on your specific inclusions and exclusions of the OPD policy.
