Who qualifies as my dependent and how can I add them to the app?

You can add your close family members including your parents, spouse, and children, as your dependents on our app (as allowed by your company). 

Adding dependants is easy, follow these simple steps:

1. On our App, go to the home screen, and tap on the navigation drawer icon

2.  In the drop-down list, tap on the My Family button

3.  On the My Family page, tap on the Add Dependants button

4.  Fill out the basic information and save

Once you add dependents, you will be able to see the option of choosing the dependent when booking any future appointments with our doctors or filing any claims. 

If you are a Corp-care employee, and your organization has provided you with medical coverage for you and your family members then your dependents will have access to the Instant Doctor service as well.
